About

The Peterborough Regional Farmers' Market operates every Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and on Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM in downtown Peterborough, Ontario. From May through October the market is held outdoors at Quaker Foods City Square, 215 Charlotte Street, and from November through April it moves indoors to Peterborough Square at 340 George Street North. The market is governed by the Peterborough Regional Farmers Network, a registered not-for-profit corporation, with a mandate that at least 51% of vendors be local primary producers. Offerings include fresh seasonal produce, meat, dairy, eggs, honey, baked goods, prepared foods, beverages, wine, and handmade artisan goods, along with community events and performances held throughout the year.
